一般的な織物は縦横にはあまり伸びず斜め方向には伸びやすい性質があります。
なので端から順にえりをつけていくと型紙どおりに作ったのに長さが合わなくなることがあります。
えりは斜めに切られているの伸びやすいです。
だから生地の長さどおりにつけると会わなくなるので下の図のように端同士を固定してから、中央をと、等分するように待ち針をさしてください。
Sew the collar point.

えりの先を縫ってください。
えりの中心の折り山を裏が見えるように折ってください。
Cut the material.
Turn the material inside out.
Fold the collar in half and wrap the seam.
Sew the edges together about 2-5mm in
from the seam line.
Sew the sleeve on to the body.Do
the seam for sleeve and the side seam.
Make inner sleeve.
Fold the cuff back.
Sew the edges together about 5-8mm in
from the edge.

Sew the inner sleeve on to the sleeve
seam.inner sleeve is same sleeve
of pattern.
Make 2cm small inner sleeve from sleeve.
Sew the underarm of inner sleeve.

Fold the cuff back.
Sew the edges together about 5-8mm in from
the edge.*
Sew the side seam.

内えりをつけてください。
不織布などのかための芯を貼ってください。
長さは着方によってかえてください。
体型やキャラクターによって胸の重なりの位置が異なるので甚平を着たときにどこまでの長さだとはしが見えなくなるかを調べてください。
きっちりえりをあわせるのか、着くずすのかによってえりの見え具合が変わるからです。
体に刺さないように、見えなくなるような位置に待ち針を刺してください。
脱いでメジャーで実際の長さをはかってください。
きっちり合わせるときは短めにしたほうが落ち着きますし、
着くずすときは長めじゃないと内えりの端が表から見えてしまいます。
えりの縫い代をアイロンで裏へ折ってください。
表側が見えるように半分に折ってください。
他の帯と同様にアイロンで縫い代を折り、半分に折ってください。
半分に折った縫い目で逆に裏が見えるように折り返し、両端1cmの所を縫ってください。
表に返し、端から3～5mmのところをミシンで縫ってください。
内えりの中心と、甚平の後中心にスナップボタンをつけてください。
前中心の重なりのところにもスナップボタンをつけてください。

結び紐は市販のリボンを30ｃｍくらいに切って使用すると楽です。

ただし、胸の大きさや、着方によってあき具合がかわります。
