You will need:
Main fabric (polyester twill that does not crease)
Cotton twill (creases easily but easy to get)
Ribbons/cotton webbing(width of app. 1cm) OR sewing cord (width of 0.5～0.7ｃｍ) to decorate sleeves.

Overlock all around the edges.

“How to finish the edges with a sewing machine”
Cut some lines in the sleeve to put the cord through.
Place the facing to the body part, right side to right side.
Machine along the line, taking a 1cm seam allowance.
Fold the facing under.Sew the edges together about
5mm in from the edge.
Put the sleeve and body together face to face.Do the
seam for the sleeve and the shoulder seam.
Spread
open the seam.
Fold the cuff and then iron.
Sew the underarm.
Fold
the cuff back.
Sew inside
6 or
8mm on the edge.
Fold a collar into half.
Fold a margin for a seam of the bottom into the backside.
Put a string on the face of the collar.Sew the edges
together about 5mm in from the edge.
Put a string on the center back.Sew the edges
together about 5mm in from the edge.
Tie up a string with a thread.Make a tuft on the
tip.
Sew
the coller.Put the collar and body together face to face.

Fold the margin for a seam of both ends into the back
Fold the collar from margin.Turn the material
inside out.If you attach the ribbon. put the ribbon before you sew
the collar.
Sew the edges together about 2-5mm in from the edge.
Don’t sew the side seam.

Almost you only sew straight line and complete the outfit!
There already come with a margin to sew up. So you not going to forget
to put margin to sew up and end up smaller size.
